Location
Wanaka township is on the edge of Lake Wanaka, the fourth largest lake in New Zealand and it is the gateway to Mount Aspiring National Park, one of the world's most spectacular alpine regions.
Activities ranging from hiking, trekking, and rock climbing, to fishing, jet boating, and kayaking or even skydiving, paragliding and sightseeing flights are but a few things that are just a few moments away from this luxury, self-contained apartment. Also some of New Zealand's finest vineyards are just a short drive away, or why not take a wine tasting tour? During the winter months skiers and snowboarders from around the world flock to the alpine resorts of Cardrona, Treble Cone and the Snow Farm and Snow Park.
To find Hillview Apartment, take State Highway (SH) 6 to Wanaka, that becomes SH 84. As you arrive in the township of Wanaka, turn right at the first round-a-bout, this is Anderson Road. Then immediately turn left on to Plantation Road, then, at the top of the hill turn left (just before the parkland) in to Hillview Place. Access to Hillview Apartment is along the first driveway to the second house on the right.
